These Terms & Conditions are an agreement between you and Valence Labs Research LLC, doing business as Valence Labs. They govern access to the Valence Labs website and purchases made through the store. Please read them together with the related policies linked below.

Research Use Only / Prohibited Uses
Valence Labs research products are sold solely for laboratory, analytical, and in-vitro research purposes. They are not intended for human or animal consumption, administration, medical use, diagnostic use, or therapeutic use. Products are not drugs, foods, dietary supplements, cosmetics, or medical devices.
You may not purchase, possess, handle, or use products for any purpose other than lawful laboratory, analytical, or in-vitro research. Purchaser Responsibilities

Valence Labs attempts to present accurate catalog information. Product names, descriptions, appearance, packaging, availability, and other listing details may change.
Website content is provided for catalog and research-reference purposes. It is not medical, diagnostic, dosing, reconstitution, or administration guidance.
If a material error affects an order, Valence Labs may contact you or review the order as needed.
Orders
An order is an offer to purchase. Valence Labs may review, accept, decline, cancel, or limit orders where reasonably necessary, including suspected fraud, pricing or catalog errors, inventory constraints, shipping limitations, or other legitimate operational reasons.
Order confirmation communications do not waive Valence Labs’ ability to review or correct an order when an error or other issue is identified.

Valence Labs does not warrant that catalog information is complete or error-free, or that any product is suitable for a particular research protocol. Nothing on the website constitutes a representation that products have been approved for any medical, diagnostic, or consumer use.
Limitation of Liability
