Shipping Availability

Valence Labs currently ships to eligible addresses within the United States.

Shipping Cost

Merchandise subtotal means the product total before shipping and applicable taxes.

Orders with a merchandise subtotal under $200 are charged a $12 standard shipping fee. Orders with a merchandise subtotal of $200 or more qualify for free standard shipping.

When shipping charges apply, they are stated separately during checkout. Shipping charges may be taxable where required by applicable law or tax configuration.

Order Processing

Orders are processed for shipment after the order has been successfully received and any required payment verification has been completed.

Delivery

UPS is expected to be the primary carrier. Valence Labs may select another appropriate carrier or service when necessary and does not guarantee that every shipment will use UPS.

Delivery estimates may vary based on destination, carrier operations, weather, holidays, and other circumstances outside Valence Labs' control. Valence Labs does not promise a specific delivery timeframe.

Tracking information will be provided when available after shipment. Carrier delays after a package has been accepted by the carrier may be outside Valence Labs' control.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. If you discover an address error, please contact Valence Labs promptly so we can review whether a correction is still possible.

Order Issues

If an order arrives damaged, contains an incorrect item, or is missing an item, contact support@valencelabsco.com within 7 days of delivery.
